Loft Discuss one product area

Partner path

Add a specification-to-software loop to AI-assisted delivery.

Loft is exploring work with software delivery firms, consultancies, systems integrators, and implementation teams. The goal is to test one customer situation, not create a badge or directory. A delivery partner would connect the customer's specialists around one product contract, the customer-ratified specification for the work, and take it through the Loft loop: from ratified intent, through coding-agent implementation and an evidence check, to an acceptance decision the customer owns.

Separate the reusable product from customer-specific delivery.

Loft product layer

The product contract, who may approve changes, the record of those changes, packaged agent skills for implementation and for checking the result against the contract, acceptance criteria, and evidence.

Delivery layer

Customer-specific discovery, solution design, implementation, integration, adoption support, and handover.

Customer authority

Domain ownership, policy decisions, ratification of intended behavior, and final acceptance.

Start with a specific customer situation or a recurring delivery pattern.

Share the software outcome, the delivery context, and how access to an accountable product or domain owner could be established. We will compare the customer problem, the delivery work, and the role Loft could play.

Signals worth discussing

  • Your organization delivers consequential software or changes to existing systems.
  • Customers are already experimenting with AI-assisted engineering.
  • Different customer roles are adopting their own agents, while handoffs and review gates remain largely manual.
  • Senior review or product-knowledge reconstruction limits the work.
  • Your team can provide discovery and implementation capacity.
  • The customer can designate people with authority to ratify intent and decide acceptance.

Test one delivery pattern before defining a program.

  1. Compare fit

Review the customer situation, delivery capability, authority structure, and one bounded use case.

  2. Scope a proof

Agree owners, evidence boundaries, acceptance criteria, stop conditions, and responsibilities.

  3. Test repeatability

Record which work belongs in Loft, which belongs in the delivery method, and what a second operator would need.

  4. Agree commercial terms separately

Partner status, customer commitments, pricing, licensing, intellectual property, exclusivity, and co-marketing require written agreements.

The partner path is still being developed.

There is no certified partner network, standard program, marketplace listing, or published partner economics yet, and Loft does not claim formal partner status with any model vendor. That leaves room to shape it together: if you have a customer situation, a delivery pattern, or a way of working with Loft in mind, propose it below.
